Excellent! Fun read.

Traveling light is the only way to go & allows for so much more freedom. Spread the world!

We've been traveling the world nonstop as a family since 2006 & I am a former heavy packer who has been set free by our minimalist traveling life (we're featured case studies in the new 4HWW) so you are preaching to the choir. ;)

Everything we own fits into a van sized green RV with a solar panel which we use as our vehicle/storage/home/base, yet we also go off for months at a time with just a tiny daypack each! (That includes our laptops and homeschool supplies and even when we hit 3 seasons of weather).

It is amazing how little one needs & how a minimalist life can set you free!

(Hit the dumpling festival in Krakow Karol with the locals when you get to Poland for some scrumptious food for a pittance).

Happy travels!

True story, I suppose checking your luggage takes less time than shopping Fabian.

Thanks Baker! This interview is flying around the Twittersphere, which I'm excited about.

Karol, the thing is I wouldn’t really like too much to worry about these issues once I get to a place. Also, this contact lens stuff can indeed be ahrd to find. But in the end, it’s just a personal preference, of course. While it’s no fun checking luggage for me, I prefer it to having to go shopping right away when getting to a place. :)
