I put together a rough weekly schedule to base my activities on. It is not as detailed as yours but more broad. I try to be fairly regular on three blogs, one about bicycles and carbon footprints, one about minimalism and one about cooking. My schedule allocates specific days for concentrating on writing and researching posts for specific blogs.

My schedule does not include any activities to do with work. I start a plan.txt file on Sunday about more specific projects to accomplish, both at work and at home.

See my schedule here: http://www.mnmlstlife.com/staticlatching/
See information about plan.txt here: http://calnewport.com/blog/2008/11/11/plantxt-the-most-effective-productivity-tool-that-youve-never-heard-of/

I have seen the positive effects of spending 30 minutes to 1 hr before starting the day. I usually wake up early, take a shower and then walk my dog for around 30 minutes. I get to work by 7 am, have breakfast at my desk and don't check emails till around 8 am. That hour is the most productive hour of my day.

I do. I hope that after a few weeks they'll become habits and I won't have to think about them anymore.

The hardest one, I think, is making the time to think in the morning. I have a lot going on, like everyone I imagine, and it's difficult to keep myself from diving into work first thing in the morning. It's really important to take the time to wake up and just enjoy the morning though, so I'm making it a priority.

That sounds like a very nice plan. Do you plan on doing this every week?
